LandArc Landscaping & Design is a design/build landscaping company working in Eugene/Springfield and surrounding area. We are a growing company looking for new team members to grow with us. We are looking for a hard working, motivated, creative, and reliable builder to join the team.

LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION LEAD BUILDER
Duties Include:
Construct custom landscape installations, such as water features, patios, retaining walls, decks, pergolas, fences, plants, outdoor lighting, outdoor kitchens, etc. Operating heavy equipment and power tool.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years experience working in carpentry/masonry/landscape construction
- Basic knowledge of plant identification and landscape installation practices
- Complete assigned tasks in a safe, efficient and professional manner in the established time frame
- Able to lift 50-75 lbs.
- A positive attitude, motivated, hardworking, and dependable
- Able to work individually and as part of a team
- Able to communicate effectively with both our employees and our clients
- Excellent attention to detail and quality of work
- Valid Oregon Drivers License with acceptable record
- Availability to work a varied schedule, in sometimes adverse weather.
Hourly wage $25-$35 DOE. Compensation is based on qualifications and past production record.
